Expertin für Industrie-Transformation, Innovation und organisationale Ambidextrie

Julia Duwe studierte Publizistikwissenschaften, BWL und Amerikanistik an der Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz und der Universität Bergen, Norwegen. 2016 schloss sie ihre Promotion über organisationale Ambidextrie und  Führung an der European Business School EBS in Oestrich-Winkel ab. Seit  2025 ist sie Professorin für Strategic Transformation Design an der  Hochschule für Gestaltung in Schwäbisch Gmünd. Als Beraterin und Autorin beschäftigt  sie sich mit der Frage, wie Unternehmen ihr bestehendes Kerngeschäft  verbessern und gleichzeitig erfolgreich in neue Geschäftsfelder  einsteigen können.
