Julia Duwe
Expert in industrial transformation, innovation, and organizational ambidexterity
Julia Duwe studied Communication Studies, Business Administration, and American Studies at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and the University of Bergen, Norway. In 2016, she completed her doctorate on organizational ambidexterity and leadership at the European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich-Winkel. Since 2025, she has been a professor of Strategic Transformation Design at the Schwäbisch Gmünd University of Design. As a key note speaker, advisor and author, she focuses on how companies can improve their existing core business while simultaneously entering new business fields.
